What taxes are applicable to my room reservation?
The federal Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5% is applicable to all accommodation bookings, including campsites. An 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is applicable to all guest rooms, chalet, and yurt bookings.
What is the deposit policy?
We require a 10% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 50% is required by November 1 prior to your arrival year, and payment in full is required by April 1 of the arrival year. Deposits will be automatically charged to your card on file unless otherwise requested.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made outside of 90 days from arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation charge with the remainder refunded. Cancellations made within 90 days from arrival forfeit their full payment.
